Terms, Conditions & Safety Agreement

This agreement is a working draft. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel for each jurisdiction where 2sayYes operates and does not by itself guarantee legal compliance.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use 2sayYes. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be terminated.
2. Account security and accurate information
Provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Privacy and personal information
Your legal name, email, phone number, date of birth and password are never shown on your public profile. We use them only to operate and secure your account.
4. Profile photographs and acceptable content
You may upload up to three photos of yourself. Photos must not contain nudity, minors, other people without consent, violence, or illegal content.
5. Respectful conduct
Treat every member with courtesy. Discrimination, hate speech and demeaning language are not allowed.
6. Harassment, threats and unwanted contact
Do not harass, threaten, stalk or repeatedly contact someone who has declined, disengaged or blocked you.
7. Consent and personal boundaries
Consent is required for every interaction, can be withdrawn at any time, and is never implied by silence, prior consent or profile preferences.
8. Prohibited conduct involving minors
Any content or conduct that sexualizes, solicits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
9. Sexual exploitation and misconduct
Sharing intimate content without consent, sextortion, solicitation and trafficking are prohibited.
10. Fraud, impersonation and scams
Do not impersonate others, request money, promote schemes or create fake accounts.
11. Reporting and blocking
You can report or block any member from their profile or conversation. Blocking ends the connection and hides each of you from the other.
12. Mutual-interest matching
Quiz compatibility is an estimate based on matching answers, not a scientific or psychological assessment. A connection forms only when both people express interest.
13. Private messaging
Messaging is available only between members with a mutual-interest connection. Either person may disengage at any time.
14. Spicy Chat consent
Spicy Chat activates only after one person requests it and the other explicitly accepts. Either person can turn it off at any time, and reactivation requires fresh consent.
15. Membership terms
2sayYes currently has no paid membership, coins, credits or pay-per-message features.
16. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement or put others at risk.
17. Account deletion and data retention
You may request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where required for safety, legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
18. Anonymous Mutual Discovery
Anonymous discovery is optional. Eligible members are paired at 80% or higher quiz compatibility. Temporary screen names replace identifying profile details, and names, photos and profiles remain hidden from the matched member until both explicitly agree to reveal. A reveal request or silence alone does not count as consent. Do not share identifying details in messages if you wish to remain anonymous; information you voluntarily disclose cannot be made unknown to its recipient.
19. Voice recordings
Record only content you have permission to share. Voice recordings are private conversation attachments and are not available to an anonymous matched member before both members consent to reveal. Do not record or distribute another person’s private communications without their permission.
20. Group conversations
A proposed group opens for messaging only after every invited participant explicitly approves. Invitations do not grant access to messages. Group participants must have the required mutual connections and identity visibility; group invitations must not bypass anonymous reveal consent.
21. Personality assessments and alignment
The personality questionnaires are self-reflection tools, not official licensed assessments, clinical tests or professional diagnoses. Alignment percentages describe similarities in answers and do not guarantee attraction, relationship success or personal safety.
22. Your content and others’ rights
You remain responsible for the content you submit. Share only content you own or have permission to use, and allow 2sayYes to store and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose, subject to privacy and consent controls. Do not copy, redistribute or publish another member’s private photos, messages or recordings without permission.
23. Support, suggestions and safety reports
Use the Support & Safety page for suggestions, feedback, messages to support, safety concerns or account-deletion requests. Support submissions are not visible to other members. Include only information needed to explain your request. Reporting does not automatically establish a violation, and submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; 2sayYes is not an emergency service.
24. Availability and legal rights
2sayYes cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of member-provided information, or the outcome of a connection. Use care when sharing personal information or meeting someone offline. Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
